A collaboration with Japanese artist Sorayama, this traveling Dior Mens pop-up pod was adorned with beautiful cherry blossoms. The client provided a 30-foot chrome robot that was installed at each site, taken down, and transported to the next site for installation with the pod. In exclusive collaboration with a NY production studio, Megan acted as a liaison between Dior’s French design headquarters, the US merchandising team, and all vendors to ensure every detail of the activation was executed flawlessly. In addition to providing on-site leadership at every location, Megan managed all fabrication partners for millwork, fixtures, and installation, sourced and procured materials, and managed logistics as the activation traveled from New York to DC, and then to Costa Mesa, California.

“Megan brings a professionalism to her projects that is a level above most creatives. She is organized, has all information printed and ready for live events, and clear instructions for her vendors and collaborators. I've watched Megan solve problems ranging from the broad—how to turn a basic room into an intimate setting—as well as the more last-minute issues that always arise, such as when the wrong size or supply item is sent. Megan handled both with grace and a sense of opportunity, to resolve in a different and creative way.”
