Our client’s desire for a tasteful and refined gathering of 20 led us to design a wine and lunch pairing with the head sommelier at Grey Oaks Country Club in Naples, Florida. Surrounded by classic green and white floral arrangements, guests were treated to a tasting of four wines paired with exquisite hors d'oeuvres and a three-course lunch hosted in the beautiful Garden Room at Grey Oaks. To create a sense of excitement on the bride’s preferred terms, we incorporated a bit of wine trivia, with the winner taking home a magnum bottle of the final Bordeaux tasted that day. As a token of appreciation, culinary spices were given as favors, reflecting the bride and her mother's love of cooking as well as the flavors featured throughout the event menu.
